How Do I Create and Edit Automatic Transactions on My Homestead Funds Account?
Homestead Funds offers Automatic Investment, and Systematic Withdrawal and Systematic Exchange Plans.
Online:
You may add and edit Automatic Investment and Systematic Withdrawal Plans online.
Log in to your Homestead Funds account and click “Automatic Investment Plan” or “Systematic Withdrawal Plan” in the left-side menu. Follow the steps to add a plan. You will need to have bank information on file to establish a plan.
By Mail:
You may add and edit Automatic Investment, Systematic Withdrawal and Systematic Exchange Plans by mail.
Complete the Automatic Transaction Sign-Up Form and mail to the address on the form.
By Phone:
To change an automatic transaction amount, call a Homestead Funds representative at 800.258.3030 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET on any business day.
How Do I Set Up Payroll Deductions into My Account?
Check with your payroll office to ensure it can accommodate payroll deduction.
Complete the Automatic Payroll Deduction Form and provide it to your employer’s payroll office along with the Employer Instructions to Submit Funds. Do not submit these forms to Homestead Funds.
